I created my Will with you, and now need to make a change. How do I update it?

To make changes to your Will you should return to www.legalwills.co.uk and click on Member Login to login to your account.

 

Once you have proceeded to your member home page, click on MyWill, and then "Create or Modify your Will". You can then either step through the service from the beginning, or you can jump to a specific section if you have a particular change to be made e.g. the name of your Executor.

 

You can then save your changes. But, if you have made a change to your Will, you must download and print the new document, and then sign this in the presence of two witnesses. Any time an update is made to your document, it must be printed and signed in the presence of two witnesses to create a new legal Last Will and Testament.
